BEAT MILK AND PUDDING. ADD COOL WHIP. PLACE GRAHAM CRACKERS IN BOTTOM OF BUTTERED 9 X 13 PAN. COVER WITH PUDDING MIX. DO THIS 2 OR 3 TIMES. LAYER CRACKERS THE SAME WAY EACH TIME FOR EASIER CUTTING. LAST LAYER SHOULD BE CRACKERS.
COVER WITH FROSTING AND CHILL OVERNIGHT
